Butser Rubber has been heavily involved in the defence industry for over 30 years. This includes working with and directly supplying the MOD and private defence companies in the UK, the U.S. and Europe. Butser Rubber is a member of ADS and is a key supplier of custom rubber mouldings, silicone components and precision cut gaskets to the Aerospace, Defence and Marine industries.

Recent investment in a new factory operating system and MRP software has seen Butser Rubber being 'Highly Commended' at the 'Manufacturer of the Year Awards 2009' for 'IT in Manufacturing'.

The investment in the computerised factory operating system and MRP software allows Butser Rubber to control your order from the initial email contact through to the moment your product arrives on your door step with full lot traceability. As well as this, Butser Rubber has just taken delivery of its new CRM (Communication Requirements Management) system. Investment in CRM and MRP where strategic to allow Butser Rubber to hit it's on-time-delivery (OTD) target or 100% OTD of acknowledged date, This is critical in today's market place.
